began in 1972 in Springfield, Missouri, in an eight square-foot retail space offering
tournament gear for anglers. They produced their first catalog in 1974, and have
since grown an entire outdoor industry.. They have become the world's largest
supplier of premium outdoor gear. They acquired the Redhead line of sporting goods
in 1986. Redhead was founded in 1856 and is the oldest supplier of sporting apparel
in the nation.
